Booking Policy:
20% deposit with Credit Card details is required to confirm a reservation.
Reservations are accepted in good faith.

Cancellations affect us significantly.
In the event of cancellation, the following policy applies:

Reservation cancelled after deposit paid incurs a small booking fee
Reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival – 30% charge
Reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival – 100% charge

However, in each case, if room can be resold then full refund (less booking fee) would be forthcoming.
